Amy Jordan – Thriving Together TN

Thriving Together TN envisions a future where families receive the support, resources, and hope they need to overcome challenges and create loving, safe, stable, and nurturing homes for their children. By offering evidence-based, community-supported services, we foster healthy relationships among families to ensure every child has the opportunity to thrive. Our mission aligns closely with the values of Rotary International by strengthening families, supporting children, and building healthier communities through service, collaboration, and meaningful connection. About Our Speaker: Driven by her own lived experiences, decades of research, various roles in child welfare, and relevant cross-sector system administration of mental health and substance use treatment and recovery services, Amy brings passionate leadership aimed at advancing quality community-based resources for TN families. She holds a Master’s in Criminal Justice Administration from MTSU and a Bachelor’s in Sociology from Western KY University. As Rutherford County native, Amy is active in her community through civic and professional endeavors, including serving on the Community Engagement committee for the Rutherford Thrives Continuum of Care, which advocates for the unhoused population, and as a Rutherford Cable member. As a passionate volunteer and supporter of other child-focused nonprofits in Murfreesboro, she was instrumental in the early success of Kymari House and was previously an advisory board member and Secretary for the Rutherford County Isaiah 117 House. She has been deeply committed to the mission of Thriving Together TN since inception of the organization in 2023 as the founding Chair of the Board of Directors and was hired as the Executive Director in February 2026.
